Job Description

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will engage in sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.



Explain product features and benefits.

Generate leads and set appointments.



Maintain accurate call records and reports.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets.



Engage with customers in Local Languages, Hindi and English.

Educate customers about product and service benefits.



Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.



Requirements:



Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.

Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English.



Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, finance, or telecommunications is a plus.
