Responsibilities
Make
outbound sales calls
to potential customers and promote Skylink's products and services.
Conduct
lead generation
, follow-up calls, and appointment scheduling for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about Skylink's offerings.
Maintain accurate customer data and call logs in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
telecalling and sales targets
.
Requirements
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English (other language is a plus).
Strong
sales and negotiation
abilities.
Positive attitude, confidence, and
target-driven mindset
.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google sheet).
Ability to handle
rejections
and stay motivated.
Prior experience in
telemarketing, tele sales, or inside sales
is an advantage (freshers welcome).
