supports international BPO operations and expat teams by providing end-to-end

logistical and operational assistance. We work in close partnership with BPO

companies, helping them and their overseas staff set up and operate smoothly in Sri

Lanka.

About the Role

We are a Sri Lanka-based organization seeking Indian candidates to join our growing

telemarketing team in Colombo. If you are fluent, confident, and eager to take your

sales career to the next level, this opportunity is for you!

You will be working for an international client who serves Indian customers,

promoting exciting company game products through engaging phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and sell company game products to

Indian customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective

communication.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product

information.

Maintain call records and provide daily performance reports.

Uphold company standards and follow management instructions diligently.

Requirements and Qualifications

Indian nationality - willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Strong communication skills and fluency in Hindi and English (spoken).

Eloquent, obedient, and quick-thinking with a positive work attitude.

Prior telemarketing or tele sales experience preferred

Goal-oriented, confident, and able to perform under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with phone sales systems.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: USD 775 per month.

Performance Allowance: Based on company and individual performance, and

work conduct.

Meals and Accommodation: Provided by the company.
