We are looking for young and energic candidates for Sales Executive at our Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a Sales Executive, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will develop the Brand and team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and build sustainable Client relationships. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions to ensure the achievement of your brand goals.
PROFILE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-driven professional with experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales. An Ideal candidate will be responsible for seeking driving business growth through inbound and outbound call processes as a Telemarketer. The candidate will also be responsible to generate leads and manage inside sales. The candidate will be required to prepare regular reports on sales performance and trends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Make outbound & inbound calls to generate qualified leads
Provide robust support to clients about their queries and introduce new services
Follow up with clients and gather feedback and assess their intent to avail the services
Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance sales efficiency
Continuously refine sales techniques to optimize performance
Utilize CRM systems for lead tracking and management
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and trends
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn lucrative incentives
Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes
Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management
Analytical skills to assess sales data and trends
Attention to detail in maintaining records
ELIGIBILITY:
1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales Excellent command of English Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu
Freshers are also eligible to apply
