Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller

to make outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Promote products/services and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Follow up on client requests and ensure timely responses.

Skills & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
