Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic

Telemarketing Executives

for an

International Voice Process

focused on lead generation and sales support. The role involves interacting with international customers (primarily US campaigns), generating qualified leads, and supporting sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound international calls to prospective customers Generate and qualify leads as per campaign requirements Pitch products/services clearly and confidently Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Upsell and cross-sell products/services where applicable Maintain call quality, accuracy, and productivity standards Update CRM and maintain proper call records
Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience preferred Freshers are welcome to apply For experienced candidates: Mandatory international voice experience (US campaign preferred) Background in international customer support with upselling, cross-selling, or lead generation experience is acceptable

Age Limit:

Up to 28 years

Qualification:

Graduate or Undergraduate

Language:

No restriction on mother tongue (excellent English communication required)
Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Good thought process and customer-handling skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Salary & Benefits

CTC:

Up to ₹45,000 for experienced candidates (International Process) Up to ₹30,000 for freshers

Incentives:

Uncapped performance-based incentives

Working Days:

5.5 days per week

Transport:

Both-side cab facility within a 30 km radius (no allowance beyond this limit)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
