Job Overview

We are hiring

Telemarketing Executives

for an international voice-based

Lead Generation

process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to identify and generate qualified leads. Candidates with prior international voice experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international prospects for lead generation Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads Maintain high call quality and a professional communication tone Update CRM records, call logs, and follow-up details accurately Meet daily/weekly lead generation and productivity targets Support the sales team with warm leads and relevant customer information

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a good thought process

Age Limit:

Up to 28 years

Qualification:

Graduate or Undergraduate

Language:

No restriction on mother tongue

Working Days:

5.5 days per week

Transport:

Both-side cab within a 30 km radius (no allowance beyond this zone)

Salary:

Up to

?30,000 CTC

Incentives:

Uncapped, performance-based incentives

CTC up to ?35,000

for experienced candidates with strong international voice sales background.

CTC up to ?25,000

for freshers and for Telemarketing / Lead Generation roles. Candidates

must be within a 30 km hiring radius

of Sector 18, Gurgaon. For experienced profiles, preference is given to: International voice sales (preferably US campaigns) International voice support with experience in upselling, cross-selling, or lead generation
