Make outbound calls to students and parents interested in overseas education Handle inbound inquiries related to study abroad programs Provide basic information about countries, universities, courses, and intake periods Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and application timelines Schedule counseling sessions with education consultants Promote services such as admissions guidance, visa assistance, test preparation, and accommodation support Explain service packages, fees, and benefits clearly Collect feedback on student interests, preferred countries, and concerns Track trends related to overseas education demand Share insights with counselors and marketing teams
