Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and companies from provided databases.
Inform potential customers about courses, workshops, and engineering consulting services.
Respond to inquiries and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain daily call records and update lead sheets/CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Handle WhatsApp inquiries during working hours.
Transfer qualified leads to Sales Executive for conversion.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Basic telecalling experience preferred (not compulsory).
Confident, polite, and energetic on calls.
Ability to handle objections and explain information clearly.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and calling apps.
Working Hours
3 to 4 hours per day (flexible timing)
6 days a week
Work-from-office preferred
Work-from-home option may be provided after training
