Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Attend incoming calls and provide accurate product/service information.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
Maintain engaging conversations using company-approved scripts.
Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Update call logs, customer details, and sales outcomes in the system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure resolution.
Candidate Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Interaction.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools).
Fast and accurate typing/data entry ability.
Negotiation skills with a positive and convincing attitude.
Basic understanding of sales processes.
Knowledge of inventory or accounts will be an added advantage.
Experiance :
0.5-2 years (or equivalent project experience)
