Telemarketing Executive / Loan Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Make marketing calls and generate quality leads Coordinate efficiently with the internal team for smooth operations Liaise with customers and banks to facilitate documentation processes Accurately enter data into the software system Follow up with clients throughout the loan process to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

Prior experience in loans or telecalling preferred but freshers are welcome Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer interactions professionally Basic computer knowledge for data entry tasks
