Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective leads and explain details about our courses (CMA USA, CPA, CIA, etc.).
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication until enrollment.
Maintain an accurate database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle inbound calls, answer student queries, and provide course-related information.
Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with senior academic counselors.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with students and parents.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream).
Excellent verbal communication in
English is compulsory
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or education counseling preferred.
