Job Summary: Marketing Associate - Telecalling for female only (Pilot Team)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Associates to join our dynamic Pilot Team based in Dombivli East. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telecalling for lead generation and sales conversion.

Handle end-to-end customer interactions, including follow-ups and closures.

Promote and explain our registration services to potential clients.

Meet assigned targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory).

Experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or sales is a plus.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to learn are welcome.

Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.

Preferably residing in Thane, Dombivli, or Kalyan.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Dombivli East (No fieldwork)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Holidays: Sundays & Public Holidays off

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 (based on experience)
