We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our
IndiaMART B2B
online sales team. The role involves reaching out to business customers, explaining IndiaMART's products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into paid subscriptions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers listed on IndiaMART.
Explain IndiaMART's paid services, subscription plans, and benefits to B2B clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and feedback in CRM tools.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate & Post Graduate in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of computers and internet browsing.
Experience in B2B sales or IndiaMART processes is an advantage.
