About the Job:

We are seeking a ideal candidate who will have excellent verbal communication skills in English, basic knowledge of Excel, and experience in telemarketing IT products. This role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining our products, and setting up appointments for interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Telemarketing: Make outbound calls to specific companies provided by us to introduce and explain the product or solutions to be promoted.
- Appointment Setting: Identify interested individuals and set up appointments for further discussions.
- Market Focus: Primarily focus on calling companies in the UAE, with occasional calls to KSA.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a high level of productivity to meet targets.
- Reporting: Utilize basic Excel skills to record and report daily activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Telemarketing Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, especially in IT products, will be preferable.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IT products and technologies will be an advantage.
- Excel Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting purposes.
- Productivity: Ability to maintain high productivity, generate substantial leads, and maintain a high number of daily calls and daily closures.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Experience in Telemarketing:
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a telemarketing role, ideally within the IT sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
