Job Description

HSC / Graduate with Excellent communication skills having min 2 years in telecalling or inside sales experience



Job Responsibilities:-



Call and engage with inbound leads (For Franchise of Cafe) received through various Marketing channels - Online and Offline

Secure consent from prospects to schedule a VC or Personal meeting with the senior sales/management team.

Fix appointments and send meeting invites via phone, email, and messaging apps.

Ensure meetings are conducted as per schedule; follow up on no-shows or reschedules.

Maintain up-to-date call status, follow-ups, and lead details in CRM or Google Sheets.

Track progress of leads post-meeting and keep internal stakeholders updated.

Good in Telephonic demeanor and strong verbal communication skills

Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus

Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email platforms

Highly organized and disciplined in follow-ups and record-keeping

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
