We are looking for an
energetic and organized Telemarketing & Office Admin professional
to join our growing team in Kochi and support client coordination, business communication, and daily office operations.
Role Overview
The
Telemarketing & Office Admin
will handle
client communication, lead generation, and office coordination
. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling day-to-day business and administrative tasks.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce KeTalk's services and schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
Support marketing campaigns through phone and email outreach.
Handle client queries and route information to the right departments.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM or call log system.
Office Administration
Coordinate daily office operations and support the management team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and documentation.
Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and client documents.
Support event or meeting arrangements when required.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi preferred).
Confident telephone manner and client-handling skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
Prior experience in telemarketing, admin, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
