We are looking for

result-oriented Tele Marketing Executives

to handle and close sales leads generated through

social media campaigns, digital platforms, and internal sources

. The primary responsibility of this role is

professional follow-up, customer handling, and sales closure

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads generated from social media, websites, and other platforms Make outbound and inbound calls to understand customer requirements Explain SKEENET products, features, and benefits clearly Schedule site visits / installation appointments where required Follow up systematically and convert leads into confirmed orders Maintain accurate lead status and customer details Coordinate with sales & installation teams for smooth order execution Focus exclusively on

sales closure and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in tele marketing / inside sales preferred Strong communication skills in Malayalam & basic English Good listening skills and customer-centric approach Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is an advantage
