Telemarketing Executive - IT Software Products (Multilingual)

Coimbatore
Experience:
1-2 years in Telemarketing / Inside Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in IT)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across India to promote our web and mobile-based IT solutions.
Engage and qualify leads by understanding customer pain points, product needs, and readiness for demo/closure.
Communicate fluently in at least 2-3 regional Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali).
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
Schedule product demos for the sales team or conduct basic product walk throughs (if trained).
Share product brochures, case studies, and follow-up via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS as required.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Must-Have Skills:
1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C telemarketing or lead generation.
Clear and confident communication in English and regional languages (minimum Hindi + one South/West/North Indian language).
Basic knowledge of IT/software product selling or customer on boarding.
Ability to explain simple software product features over the phone.
Familiarity with using a CRM
Preferred Profile:
Experience in promoting mobile apps, SaaS, or simple business automation tools
Comfortable speaking to small business owners, vendors, or SME decision-makers.
Quick learner, with a go-getter attitude.
Target Languages (Any combination):
English + Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi
