Role Overview

As a

Tele Executive

, you'll be the first point of contact for parents and students enquiring about

PU College admissions, integrated coaching programs (NEET/JEE/KCET)

and academic offerings at

Siri Academy in collaboration with Oxford Group of Institutions

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming & outgoing calls

related to admissions enquiries Explain

courses, coaching programs, fees & campus facilities

clearly Counsel parents & students and

schedule campus visits / counselling sessions

Maintain accurate

lead data in CRM / Excel

Do

daily follow-ups

(no shortcuts here - consistency wins) Coordinate with the

admissions & academic team

Meet

daily call targets and monthly admission conversion goals

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum

PU / Graduation

(any stream)

Good communication skills

in English + Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus) Prior experience in

telecalling, admissions, education sales, or counselling

preferred Freshers with confidence & hunger to learn are welcome Ability to handle parents professionally (patience matters) Basic knowledge of

CRM / Google Sheets / Excel
