Position: Tele Executive
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries professionally.
Explain company services clearly and convincingly to clients.
Maintain daily call logs, lead trackers, and follow-up details.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Understand client needs and guide them towards appropriate services.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi, English, Kannada (additional languages preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).

Education: Graduation (any stream)
Experience: 1-3 years as Telecaller / Tele Executive / Customer Support
