Zemax Pharma is looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Tele Executive
to join our growing PCD Pharma Franchise team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential franchise partners, explaining our product portfolio, and converting leads into successful business associations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, and prospective PCD pharma franchise partners
Explain company profile, product range, monopoly rights, and franchise benefits
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records
Generate new business opportunities through telecalling
Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead closure
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of PCD pharma franchise or pharma products (preferred)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
