Customer Support Team
and looking for energetic, bilingual support executives who are passionate about two-wheelers and delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
online chat, phone calls, and emails
Assist customers with
order tracking, product information, and returns
Deliver smooth
after-sales support
, handling complaints professionally
Document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues
Act as the
voice of the brand
- positive, polite, and rider-friendly in all interactions
Who Can Apply:
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but
freshers with strong language and people skills
are encouraged to apply
