Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students/clients.
Provide complete information about courses, fees, admission process, and institute details.
Counsel students based on their career goals and guide them to choose the right course.
Follow up with walk-ins/inquiries via call, email & WhatsApp.
Maintain database and update CRM/Tracker with call logs and lead status.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling & conversion targets.
Handle queries, objection management, and support in admissions closing.
Coordinate with the sales & academic teams for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Good listening skills and ability to build rapport.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience in tele-counseling, tele-sales, customer support, or BPO preferred.
Salary Range: (12,000-18,000)
