Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Make daily outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to inbound admission inquiries. Maintain a calling log with details of conversations, follow-up dates, and outcomes. Convert inquiries into school visits and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

2. Admission Counselling

Provide accurate and complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures. Counsel parents effectively to address their queries and concerns, building trust and interest. Schedule and coordinate appointments for school visits, meetings with admission counselors, and assessments.

3. Database Management

Maintain and update the inquiry database (ERP / Excel) regularly with new leads and status updates. Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups as per the admission calendar. Track inquiry-to-admission conversion ratios and report regularly.

4. Communication & Customer Service

Handle calls and messages professionally, maintaining the school's image and tone. Provide prompt responses to queries received through calls, messages, emails, or online forms. Ensure parents have a smooth and positive experience throughout the inquiry and admission process.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, inquiries generated, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the Admission In-Charge / Marketing team for leads, events, and campaigns. Share feedback and suggestions received from parents to relevant departments.

6. Target Achievement

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets as assigned. Support the school in meeting its admission goals for the session.

7. Event Support (if applicable)

Support admission drives, parent orientations, and open house events through calling campaigns. Ensure maximum participation and proper communication with parents before events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
