Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate counselor to join our educational department. The responsibilities of the student counselor include Telephonic and Face-to-face counselling of prospective students as per their interest and need.

To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all inquiries with patience and compassion. You should be focused and target-oriented.

Student Counselor Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and support to students in academic and career planning Developing and implementing counseling strategies tailored to individual needs. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers. A strong focus on customer needs and providing excellent service. A deep understanding of the services provided. Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales effectively.

Student Counselor Requirements:

Graduation or equivalent Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs. Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
