Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide candidates regarding education programs, and maintain follow-up records. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle calls efficiently and persuasively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling or admissions is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
