Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
Counsel students to help them select suitable programs based on their interests and goals.
Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely enrollment.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain a database of leads and update student interaction records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Ability to listen patiently and counsel students effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
