Job Description

Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Answering calls, making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, and building relationships with potential candidates.

Understanding Candidate Needs:

Listening to candidate requirements, asking clarifying questions, and understanding their career goals.

Guiding Candidates:

Helping candidates understand job descriptions, company cultures, and the recruitment process.

Scheduling and Follow-up:

Scheduling interviews and follow-up calls with candidates and recruiters.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of interactions with candidates in a CRM system.

Converting Inquiries:

Working to convert initial inquiries into formal applications for open positions.

Meeting Goals:

Consistently meeting performance goals set for tele counselors.

Building Rapport:

Building positive relationships with candidates, fostering trust and respect.

Resolving Issues:

Handling inquiries and resolving any concerns candidates may have.

Professional Conduct:

Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
