The Tele Counselor will be responsible for connecting with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate course information, and supporting the admissions process. The role also involves assisting senior counselors in closing admissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and professional student onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
and attend
inbound inquiries
to counsel prospective students.
Provide
accurate information
about courses, fees and admission procedures.
Support senior counselors
in closing admissions and coordinate effectively to ensure lead conversion.
Follow up with leads
through calls, messages and emails to drive enrolments.
Maintain
detailed and organized records
of student interactions and call logs.
Meet monthly targets
for follow-ups, enrolments and conversions.
Coordinate with internal departments
for student on boarding and documentation.
Ensure
professionalism, confidentiality
and adherence to company policies in all communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
Experience: Freshers can Apply.
Excellent
verbal communication
and
listening skills.
Ability to
handle a high call volume
and multitask efficiently.
Strong
sales and persuasion skills
with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
CRM tools
preferred.
Team player
with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
