We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Education Counsellor to handle on-call student counselling for our education services.
The candidate will guide students over the phone regarding university programs, admission processes, and career options.
Our organization has tie-ups with multiple reputed universities, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Provide accurate information about university tie-ups, programs, eligibility, and admission processes.
Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiries to confirmed admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested students until successful enrolment.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Stay updated with the latest university offerings and admission guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling or tele-counselling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of university programs (domestic or international).
Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
