Job role:

We're looking for a telecounselor who is responsible for providing remote counseling and assistance to individuals seeking visas or immigration services. This also includes client interaction and coordination through inbound-outbound calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and other online platforms to guide them through the visa or immigration process and do the sale conversions.

Job Location: Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab Salary Package: 16-25k + Incentives Indian shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, full-time job, Work from Office First 3 months cash salary, After the completion of probation (3 months), you will receive the salary in your bank account from the company's current account. Male candidates who wear Turban will be given first preference.

Required skills:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of international immigration and visa processes. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over calls. Goal-oriented with a focus on lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective clients. Provide accurate information about visa categories (study, work, visitor, PR, etc.) and immigration services. Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments based on client profiles. Explain documentation requirements, timelines, and processes in a clear and professional manner. Address client queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and clarity. Follow up with potential clients to ensure smooth progression of the application process. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in the system. Coordinate with in-office counselors or processing teams for application submissions and updates.
