Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services
Follow prepared scripts to provide information and handle objections
Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to inquiries
Maintain customer records by updating account information during and after calls
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call/lead targets
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule appointments for sales representatives when needed
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism on every call
Document all call information accurately in the CRM or call log
Follow company policies and comply with relevant telemarketing regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or communication training is a plus
Proven experience as a telemarketer, call center agent, or similar sales role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
