Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls

: Contact prospective students and parents to share details about courses and admission procedures.

Lead Generation

: Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Counselling

: Answer questions and provide guidance on education course.

Follow-Up

: Maintain ongoing communication with leads.

Database Management

: Update student records and track lead progress.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Benefits and incentives are also there.

Qualifications:

Education

: a bachelor's degree

Experience

: 1-3 years in telecalling & counselling, & sales (Freshers are also allowed)

Skills

: Strong communication and sales skills
Salary : 8k-12k ( Depends on knowledge, experience, and interview performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
