Make outbound calls to prospective UPSC/MPSC aspirants and explain our programs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, etc.
Counsel students and parents about the right course or path based on their background, goals, and exam stage.
Maintain a detailed database of all conversations and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Resolve queries about the syllabus, exam patterns, course content, faculty, and payment.
Coordinate with the academic and mentorship teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets (with attractive incentives).
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline (Preference to candidates from Humanities or Commerce background).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Prior experience in EdTech, Tele Sales, Counselling, or Student Support is a plus.
Passion for the education sector and empathy towards student concerns.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
Familiarity with UPSC or MPSC exam structure is an added advantage.
