Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries.
Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Generate interest and schedule campus visits for prospective parents.
Maintain a proper follow-up system to ensure maximum conversion from inquiry to admission.
Record all inquiries, feedback, and call details in the admission database.
Support the admission and marketing teams during school events, fairs, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports on calls and conversions.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Persuasive and confident personality.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in tele-counseling, customer service, or admission counseling (school experience preferred).
