We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Tele Counselor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing information about courses, assisting with admissions, and maintaining excellent communication with potential students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students to help them understand their educational needs and options.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission or conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Communication preferred).
Proven experience in counseling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred in the education sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
