Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele-Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling potential students, and guiding them towards suitable courses based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and follow up with leads.
Counsel potential students on available courses, career prospects, and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM.
Follow up with interested candidates to achieve enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversions.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic queries of prospective learners.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele-Counselor, Telecaller, or Inside Sales Executive (EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle targets and work in a result-oriented environment.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
