We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Tele Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and a passion for building relationships with partner organizations. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls with business partners, consultants, and educational agents to support lead generation and partnerships in the overseas education domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to education agents, corporate clients, and partners to promote services. Explain partnership benefits, registration processes, and key offerings of the company. Maintain and grow relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Handle queries professionally. Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and demos as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Confident, polite, and business-oriented tone on calls. Good understanding of MS Office, and data entry. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

South Delhi/East Delhi (Preferred)

Age Criteria:

22 yr -35 yr (Preferred)
