1. Lead Handling & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided leads.
Attend inbound calls from enquiries generated through website, social media, walk-ins, and campaigns.
Explain courses, batches, fees, schedules, and admission process clearly.
2. Student & Parent Counseling
Understand student's academic background, goals, and career aspirations.
Recommend suitable courses based on interest, eligibility, and performance.
Provide accurate guidance on exam patterns, career scope, and outcomes.
3. Follow-ups & Conversions
Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Nurture leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Address objections and resolve queries related to fees, batch timings, course value, etc.
4. CRM & Data Management
Update daily calling data, remarks, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
Track conversions, pending leads, and dropped leads.
5. Target Achievement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Maintain high conversion ratio and quality counseling standards.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with academic team for batch information and class schedules.
Work closely with marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign feedback.
7. Walk-in Handling
Convert telephonic leads into walk-ins.
Greet and guide walk-in students/parents with proper counseling.
Assist in admission documentation and fee collection process.
8. Post-Admission Support
Guide students after admission regarding orientation, class schedules, and study material.
Ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students.
9. Communication & Brand Representation
Maintain professional, polite, and positive communication at all times.
Represent the brand ethically and accurately without false commitments.
10. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Share daily call reports, follow-up status, and conversion data with the manager.
Participate in review meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
