Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Counselors for our offline center, specializing in NEET UG and IIT JEE preparation. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students, convert leads over the phone, and encourage them to visit the center for further counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads to convert them into prospective students. Convince potential students to visit the center for further discussions and enrollment. Provide clear information about NEET UG and IIT JEE programs, course details, and the center's offerings. Maintain a record of all interactions with leads and follow up as required.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience or knowledge in NEET UG and IIT JEE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and influence prospects effectively. Previous experience in a counseling or sales role is preferred.
