Counsel students/customers over the phone regarding courses, admissions, or services.
Maintain and update the
CRM/database
with accurate information.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversions.
Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly targets
set by the management.
Build a good rapport with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about fee structure, eligibility, benefits, and processes.
Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for smooth student onboarding or client servicing.
Handle grievances or escalate issues to the relevant department.
