Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students and handle inbound queries.
Counsel individuals by providing information about products, services, or courses.
Persuade and convince customers to take the next step (enrollment/registration/purchase).
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the database/CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Ensure a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Strong communication skills in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English
.
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
