Telecaller/ Tele Counsellor/ TeleMarketer.
The ideal candidate should definitely have:
Minimum 1-2yrs of experience in telecalling. (Ed-tech preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins by effectively communicating value propositions.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
Understand customer needs, pain points, and guide them toward the right solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walking targets.
