Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and persuasive

Telecounsellor

to join our Admissions team at iLEAD College, Kolkata. The role involves a blend of

tele sales and student counselling

, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and counsel prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding academic programs and admission processes. Understand students' interests and guide them toward suitable courses offered by the college. Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and ensure timely conversion of prospects into admissions. Maintain lead records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up and conversion reports. Achieve monthly admission targets through consistent engagement and persuasive communication. Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrollment initiatives and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate with

3-7 years of experience

in student counselling, tele sales, or educational admissions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach. Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure. Prior experience in

college/university admissions

will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
