We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Tele Counsellor

to join our Overseas Education Consultancy team. The role involves counselling students over the phone regarding study abroad opportunities and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from students interested in overseas education Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, countries, universities, and admission processes Counsel students based on their academic background, interests, and career goals Follow up with leads and maintain proper call and student records Schedule appointments for in-person or online counselling sessions Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams for smooth processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Good convincing and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of overseas education (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work with targets and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn
