Client Interaction:



Information & Enrollment:



For educational tele counselors, this involves providing information about programs, fees, and enrollment procedures to help students make informed decisions.

Record Keeping:



Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and other relevant data in a CRM system.

Follow-Up:



Perform follow-up calls to ensure clients have all necessary information and are satisfied with the services provided.

Achieve Targets:



For sales-oriented roles, this involves converting inquiries into admissions or sales.
