Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and explain course details. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally. Provide counseling on admissions, courses, and fee structure. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and conversion records (CRM/Excel). Regularly follow up with leads to achieve maximum enrollment. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and clients. Share customer insights with management to improve services.

Requirements



2+ years

of experience in telesales / telecalling / customer service. Strong communication in

English & Tamil

(Hindi/Telugu is a plus). Good persuasion and lead-conversion skills. Basic MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge. Target-driven, patient, positive, and a strong team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
