Job role of a Tele-counsellor:
Provide telephonic counselling and guidance to students regarding courses, careers, or services.
Listen actively to understand individual needs, concerns, and goals.
Explain offerings clearly, resolve queries, and help students make informed decisions.
Conduct inbound and outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and close admissions.
Coordinate with counsellors, sales, and academic teams to ensure smooth conversions and support.
