Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate

Telecaller.



The ideal candidate should definitely have:

Minimum 6-24 months of experience in telecalling & sales. (Ed-tech preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

MBA/ PGDBM (Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred).

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes. Convert inquiries into walk-ins by effectively communicating value propositions. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions. Understand customer needs, pain points, and guide them toward the right solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns
